 We wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the renovations including new coping, tile and plaster that you made to our pool. Unfortunately when we had these same renovations completed less than six years ago we did not hire a reputable contractor.
We were able to immediately see the difference in your workmanship beginning with the pool beam that totally needed to be replaced.
We could also immediately see the difference in the tile and grunt application as well as the smoothness of the plaster.
After looking at your workmanship on several pools you installed my only disappointment was that we were not completely designing a new pool. Your designs including zero edge and waterfalls completely takes backyard pools to the next level.

 We recently completed a multi layered backyard project with pool, sun deck, patio and grill area. We chose Caribbean blue Pools & Spas because of the quality product they use and high level of workmanship they consistently deliver. Mark personally showed us a number of his pool projects helping us decide what we wanted and he worked patiently with us on designing a pool that met all our criteria. Mark also joined us when selecting the hardspace and waterfall design.
When we met with Manny, the designer and builder of waterfalls at Caribbean blue, we simply showed him a picture of a waterfall we liked and he nailed it - amazing! Jay was awesome, accelerating the project to accommodate our time constraints; one day he even jumped in to help dig a drainage ditch in order to keep us on schedule. Every stage of the pool process was supervised and completed by efficient knowledgeable specialized teams.
One last comment ... how's this for customer service? We were waiting for a small replacement part to arrive for our heated pool and the day before we were to host a Labor Day Family Reunion; Mark showed up with the replacement part saving the day (along with everyone's hopes for a pool weekend) and proceeded to bring our heater to life. You can be sure we toasted Mark from inside our 87 degree pool!
It's so great having a pool, there's nothing like stepping outside just to take a dip, how fabulous! We're so pleased with the outcome, our backyard looks like a resort; thanks to Caribbean Blue Pools & Spas they know their business - don't settle for less.

 It's not easy to pick a contractor but I liked Mark from the first day I met him there is certain honesty about him; and he delivered everything he said he would and more. Our project started in the fall of 2009 which was followed by one of the worst winters in a long time snow / rain hampered production for weeks. The project involved the replacement of a 50 year old cement pool that Mark had to demolish and remove.
Everyone on Mark's team (Fabrisio, Anthony, Manny and Jay) are true professionals and gentleman there were never any questions my wife or I would ask that they wouldn't spend the time explaining to us. At the end of all of this I have an amazing pool that my guests keep telling us that it looks like a resort. I have will continue to recommend Mark and his team to anyone looking to build or refurbish a pool. There a great bunch of guys and they build great pools.

 Caribbean Blue Pools & Spas Testimonial: We interviewed a number of pool builders, as well as friends and family who have recently built pools. We also did some research on the internet. In the end we felt most confident with Caribbean Blue. The owner, Mark Werner, proved to be a pleasure to work with. He is not a fast talking salesman whose main goal is to get your signature on a contract. He and his workers take a great deal of pride in their craftsmanship, and believe us, it shows.
Mark also spent some time on sight to oversee the job, which we know is not common practice with some other pool companies. He will not cut corners to save himself time or money. We always felt Mark can't build anything he is not proud of, and we have told him this. You build a pool as if it is your own. In fact, after the pool was completed we informed Mark's brother, Jay, a cap to a deck jet had a small chip in it. Soon after, Jay was in our yard replacing this minor detail himself.
We are more than happy with the decision we made to use Caribbean Blue, and would recommend them to anyone.
